failų išdėstymo sistema statusas T sritis informatika apibrėžtis Sistema, paskirstanti disko atmintį ↑katalogams ir ↑failams. Visa disko atmintis suskaidoma į vienodo dydžio ↑blokinius. Blokiniui skiriamas sveikasis ↑disko sektorių skaičius. Kiekvienam failui skiriamas sveikasis blokinių, kurie gali būti išdėstyti įvairiose disko vietose, skaičius. Yra įvairių failų išdėstymo sistemų: FAT, NTFS, HPFS, VFAT ir kt.
